My HD-3000 works fine but ivtv balks when attemting to initialize with
the following error in dmesg:
ivtv: Unknown parameter `tda9887'
Nothing else. I've got the various v4l firmware files in /lib/firmware
and compiled ivtv 0.8.2 to match the 2.6.18 kernel. Hwinfo detects and
recognizes the PVR-250 just fine.
Any suggestions?
