The 9pin DIN output on the PVR-350 provides S-Video and composite
video output, and stereo phono audio output on a special breakout lead
supplied with the card.

Yes. I'm using a PAL PVR-350 in the UK.

The composite video connector is actually supplied in the form of a
small inline adapter that you plug into the S-Video input socket on
the back of the card. Mine was grey and about 1" in length. You do not
use the composite output connector on the breakout cable as this is
for video out only.

The PVR-150 card has a separate composite connector not found on the
PVR-350, due to the presence of the additional AV output connector
only found on the -350 card.

The PVR-350 is well supported with the ivtv project, and I've been
using mine for >2 years (also have a PVR-150 card) with MythTV .
