I read a very helpful page on tweaking the 150's settings at:

I found the resulting image to be very nice after applying the changes.
I have ended up using similar settings for my 150 card, but I have a
problem. I can get the settings to work using ivtvctl and cat
/dev/video0, but once mythtv starts, my settings disappear. Also, I'm
not sure how to automate the execution of my ivtvctl commands so I don't
have to manually execute them every time the box boots.
What do you suggest?
