I have a PVR-150MCE that seems to be working perfectly, except the video from one (of three) of my outdoor cameras will not sync up correctly. The video from this camera DOES work perfectly on another TV. I have switched the camera inputs on the modulator with another camera, and it makes no difference, i.e., the problem seems to be with the camera, not the modulator, nor with the particular frequency used on the PVR-150.
It's as if the sync levels are weak enough not to work on the PVR150, but strong enough to work on another tuner. I didn't see and vertical or horizontal sync adjustment parameters, but I wanted to check to see if I missed them, or something similar.
