tvtime will never work as it can not deal with mpeg. Use mplayer or xine (mplayer /dev/video0 for example).
Ooh, didn't knew that. I new got it to work in xine, but the image has some very anoying vertical stripes on it as you can see on the screenshot.
Do you also always have to tune the channels via the console?
