ivtv version 0.10.1-r1 (gentoo ebuild in portage)
ivtvdev: 0.10.6
kernel: 2.6.18-gentoo-r1
X: 7.1.1
Software: MythTV

I just upgraded ivtv from 0.8.2 to 0.10.1-r1 and am now experiencing a
number of problems:

I can load up the mythfrontend GUI fine, but when I go to play a
recording, I get audio and a giant black square on the screen. The
video actually plays around the edges of that square, so it looks like
it's a framebuffer OSD mistake.

When I switch to another virtual terminal, the box goes away (or
becomes partially transparent). OSD menus do not show up on the
frontend at all.

While playing a recording, I get about a million repeating errors:

2007-03-22 20:39:57.309 IVD Error: Failed to process frame
                        eno: Invalid argument (22)

It is worth noting that when installing ivtv, it upgraded my firmware
as well (version dated 20070217)

Anybody see any of these errors before? I think I'm going to back out
the upgrade until I can find a solution
