Hi All,
I am using Fedora Core 4 with kernel 2.6.11. I have Hauppauge
WinTV PVR-350 Card on my pci slot in my pc. I got the driver ivtv-0.4.10 for
Hauppauge and installed the driver.
I have manually loaded the ivtv module and its successfull. My
problem is that i have seen in the ivtv driver.org site to test the card
first you have to capture some video from the device and store in a file and
play it with mplayer or some other player.
I have done the following steps:
modprobe ivtv
cat /dev/video0 > test.mpg
Error: /dev/video0 No such device.
Can any one help me why am i getting the problem and i want to
know whether i have to install some other modules.
