This card has xceive xc2028 silicon tuner.
I put firmware in /lib/firmware folder and load ivtv module again.

And now i have 3 video devices video0, video24, video32. But i can't get a good 
image from device ( cat /dev/video0 | mplayer - ) and any sound.  I try to use 
other cardtype (modprobe ivtv cardtype=(15 or 16)), but result is same.
