You shold activate definition "HAVE_XC3028" in driver/ivtv-driver.h
but, this kernel module tuner cannot support xc2028, you would only use
S-video/Composite.(maybe,)
I have unstable patch for 0.10.0rc1, but very very old, and maybe useless.
