Hi Rod,
Please first upgrade to ivtv-0.10.5, that makes it easier for me to
debug.
Then when you loose audio run 'v4l2-ctl --log-status -d /dev/videoX' for
the device in question and post the result.
Does the sound come back after switching to another channel? After
stopping and restarting the capture? After rmmod/modprobe ivtv? Or only
after a full reboot?
