Can you please let me know the full name of the 2.6.20 kernel that you are 
using? Is your 64 bit box a dual processor machine as well? How much 
memory?

I can answer the question as to whether or not it will work with a 64 bit
machine.  The answer is definitely yes.  I'm running kernel 2.6.20 though.
