Fedora kernel-devel RPMs only ship the header files from the include subdirectory, consequently only include/media/ivtv.h is in the kernel-devel rpm. None of the drivers/media/video/ivtv/*.h header files are there, which are needed to compile driver/ivtv-fb, and friends.
This is not something specific to ivtv. This is, apparently, how all kernel modules are packaged. Only stuff in the kernel include subdirectory is exported for the purpose of compiling out-of-tree stuff. I could, I suppose, enter something into Bugzilla and ask to include the ivtv files, but I doubt that this is going to fly.
So, what are my options? Grab the linux-2.6.22.tar.bz2 from the source RPM, pull out all the ivtv .h files, plop them into the driver subdirectory? Is this going to work, or do I need to run the configure phase, and then pull in something else, in addition to all the header files?
