I gave that a shot and got the same result. There's only a black screen and no sound. When I go back into MythTV setup and deselect 'User PVR350 Out' then I am able to get a picture with sound, but since it is only a 1.2 Ghz machine it is a bit choppy at times. I also looked at the Xorg.log, messages, and the mythfrontend and mythbackend logs.
