Get the latest 1.0 branch here:

Unpack, run 'make' and 'make install' (as root), and that's it. It 
installs a new ivtv-fb, this time using the correct ivtv-driver.h 
header.

Or wait a bit longer since I'll make a 1.0.2 release tomorrow. To be 
honest, I forgot all about it that this fix was still pending in the 
branch. I really need to release it.
