I am using mythtv on FC7, using ATRPMS kernel 2.6.23.12-52_1.cubbi_tuxonice.fc7 #1 SMP. I am use ivtv version ivtv-kmdl-2.6.23.1252_1.cubbi_tuxonice.fc7-1.0.3-135.fc7 ivtv-firmware-20070217-15.1 also from ATRPMS.
