Kernel 2.6.24 already has ivtvfb and should not be built from ivtv
anymore. ivtv 1.1 fixes this but there has not been a release yet. You
have 2 options:

1 Download the latest ivtv 1.1 from [1]
2 Go into the utils directory and run make from there
