If the image files aren't too large, an e-mail is fine or there is
imagebin.ca, imagebin.org, imageshack.us, etc.

I have no decent ftp server set up myself.

The images are not critical, but they can save time and cut down on
email questions.

I don't have any responsibility in this area.  I don't exactly know who
does administrative maintenance of the wiki site and software (although
Saunders appears to do a good bit of editing).

No problem.  Just be warned, the process for getting the card fully
supported may involve quite a bit of time, testing, and e-mail.  The
good news is others will likely benefit from your efforts.
