As it is mentioned in the subject, I have (two) Leadtek WinFast PVR2100 cards. Unlike Leadtek WinFast PVR2000 [1], this one has Conexant CX23418 chip [2].
"modprobe ivtv" is loading cx2341x module [3]. However, even I downloaded firmware, I am not getting /dev/video* devices (nor /dev/radio*). At the other side, ivtv driver with Hauppauge card properly creates devices. And one note: It is very possible that I am missing something very obvious :) I would be very thankful if someone has some idea how to fix that. Of course, it is possible that PVR2100 has the same problem as PVR2000, so, I suppose that i should try to force to load cx88 driver?
