It's definitely a PAL card.
I'm suddenly having a problem with X refusing to start, even when using
a previously known good config. Wondering whether the above could be
connected, given the problem i'm seeing from X:
(EE) IVTV(0): FBIOPUT_VSCREENINFO: Invalid argument
(EE) IVTV(0): Mode init failed
