Thanks for your reply. I think the issue only exists when copying from /dev/video0 or /dev/video1, so not any PCI / disk activity. I have done a few tests, copying a large amount of data - from /dev/video0 to /dev/null, - from /dev/video0 to a disk file - from /dev/urandom to /dev/null - from /dev/urandom to a disk file - from a disk file to another disk file Only the first two cause a reboot. Also, I don't have any issues playing video, only when recording. (I did have issues with that before, it turned out to be the CPU frequency scaling, when the cpufreqd changed the frequency, the system would crash or reboot - and since it usually did that when starting a playback...)
