I have attempted to add a 2nd HVR-1600 tuner to one of my Myth Slave backends. At first it was not working at all and I did some research and found that I needed to add the following line to my kernel start up:
vmalloc=512m After doing this I still can't get the box to add /dev/video1 or be able to use the tuner card. I was wondering if anyone had any other solutions at this point. I am attaching the output of the dmesg for the cards. The machine is a Quad Core, with 4GB of memory, running Ubuntu 9.04. If there is anything else that might be helpful., please just ask.
