Hi all. I've been going through all the postings like mad over the last couple weeks, and followed Jarod's guide to the "t" when setting up in FC3 (many, many times!).
Here are the issues. 1. With just modprobe, IVTV does not load, nor does LIRC. 2. If I modify the rc.local to launch these, then X will not start fully and it hangs the main screen. 3. When I configure the xorg.conf to use only the TV-OUT on the PVR-350, it still tries to pick up the Pci Bus of the main graphics adapter (at 1:00.0). Hence the hang. If I boot into FC3 in KDE, X starts, and then I can manually modprobe everything, restart backend, and start myth. I can then use the TV-OUT, and it looks great! And it even shows the channel overlay. I feel like I'm 99% there, and something is constantly kicking me in the teeth. Any help or guidance would be appreciated.
