I am having problems with the IR remote on the PVR-350. The device
says that it is found, /dev/lirc0 is created, but no keypresses are
recognized.

Versions:
ivtv-2.0_rc3
lirc 7.0_r1
kernel 2.6.9

kernel log:
Dec 16 00:50:49 [kernel] lirc_dev: IR Remote Control driver
registered, at major 61
Dec 16 00:50:54 [kernel] bttv: driver version 0.9.15 loaded
Dec 16 00:50:54 [kernel] lirc_i2c: chip found @ 0x18 (Hauppauge IR)
Dec 16 00:50:54 [kernel] ivtv: i2c attach [client=Hauppauge IR,ok]
Dec 16 00:50:54 [kernel] lirc_dev: lirc_register_plugin:sample_rate: 10

irw does nothing, irrecord just times out with:

irrecord: gap not found, can't continue

No errors that I can find anywhere, just no buttons, either. The
remote is the new grey remote, it has 4 colored buttons across the
bottom and is very curvy shaped.

Suggestions on what to try? Hauppauge flat out refused to give me any
help on the specs, and said that "specs are usually leaked to mailing
lists / forums" or something to that effect.

Thanks

 - Jeff
