There is a driver for PVR350-TV-Out with xv-extensions.
John Harvey did the work and for me it works pretty stable.
The "ivtvdev" X-driver is what you want. It is bundled with the current ivtv-3.6/3.7 drivers. try the latest ivtv + ivtvdev for best performance/stability
