Ok.. I have been spending forever trying to get this
thing working on my own, and I am sooo close yet so far.
I have managed to get it to tune but all the channels are
off by one. This happens on tuner 41 and a few others. Ivtv
autosets to 47 which just gives me static.

  What I have done:
Made sure preempt, regparms and 4kstacks are disabled
tried numerous versions 0.2.0-rc3j, 0.3.3u and now 0.3.7a
       (actually tried more than those)
started with debian now using knoppmyth R5A16
Tried specifying all tuners between 40 and 60 inclusive
probably other things I have forgotten

It's driving me completely mad, I am sure I am just missing
one small thing, if someone could give me a nundge in the right
direction or point me at a proper howto I would much appreciate it.

One thing I ran across recently that has confused me is the new
tuners patches. I am on kernel 2.6.11.9 and it looked like some
of these were supposed to go into 2.6.10... Am I supposed to be
using the kernel tuner or ivtv? I assume ivtv but have tried both.

I appreciate any help, I have been at this on and off for a couple
months, just got a picture for the first time last night.

Here is my dmesg output, I have cleared all my modules.conf info...
