There seems to be a minor bug in the make install script for ivtv-0.2.0-rc3k.
It correctly checked in the right directory for a conflicting msp3400.ko module however it created the ivtv directory and installed the ivtv drivers into the wrong /lib/modules/<kernel version> directory.
