Add options to control output of <ivy:resolve>

The <ivy:resolve> task creates very long output sometimes. It would be nice to
suppress this output (unless ant is run in verbose) mode. It would also be
helpful if there were an option to sort the list of modules by organization and
name instead of just listing them as they are resolved; this would make it much
easier to scan the output to determine which version of a particular module is
in use.
