organization and module seem redundant in ivy.xml in ivyrep

When Ivy is searching for a module in ivyrep, it already knows about the
organization and module of a given file. It seems redundant to add them in the
ivy.xml file. If they were optional attributes, it would be easier to add new
modules.
OTOH, adding a DTD/XML Schema would make it easier to browse than the docs.
