When you say site, I guess that you are talking about the ivy doc.  

There is also the incubator page
http://incubator.apache.org/projects/ivy.html .  It seems rather out of date
now.  There is of curse a news to add, but all the end of the page need also
some update (link to status report and incubation work items).
