Hey Nathan,

Some thoughts I had for possible tasks:

there are a couple, I didn’t know if this was intentional or just
the way things have evolved, so I thought I could spend some time
building out the current tests as JUnits.
* Code cleanup and optimization – I’m sure there are a number of
little items that are desired, but no one has had the time to do
them. I’d be willing to spend some time on any small projects like
that.
Sorry for the slow reply - we have all been on xmas hols. It would be
great to get you involved. Taking a look at the tests would be a great
way to learn the code base. Some of the tests (such as the xinclude
ones) also need moving out at some point so that xerces-c can use them
as and when it implements things.
Its also certainly worth taking a look at jira and see what people have
put for enhancement requests. If you want a larger project there are
also things like relaxNG to consider.
How would you like to start?
Cheers,
Gareth
