IBiblio's Maven repository at http://www.ibiblio.org/maven/xerces/jars/ has
2.7.1 but not 2.8.0 yet.
Also the xml-apis jar at http://www.ibiblio.org/maven/xml-apis/jars/ appears to
stop at 2.0.2. I suspect this needs to be upgraded too.
