That looks cool. Your findings about the status of the patch you
wrote, how much we can reuse it, and what all we might have to write
new, would be quite helpful to complete the implementation of
xs:override.

Please let me know, what areas you want me to work on. I would be
happy to contribute to this, however you wish.

Sure, I would do that and would share my findings to the list. I
guess, you need to revisit the logic again on the patch, and see what
needs to be done going forward.
