Some of the SVN repos that have been migrated to Git might be read
only already. I think I was wrong about expecting them to be mirrored.
However, we do need to update various pages that still point to them
to point to git instead.

As to the site directories, is there some tool reason they can't
migrate to github? Do we even have code review tools in place for the
SVN repos? I think we publish the xerces project sites off github. We
should be able to do that for the others as well once we migrate.
