However, it appears that xsl:mode on-no-match="shallow-copy" now copies
elements and text nodes, but it appears no attribute nodes are copied e.g.
<root><section id="s1" title="section 1"><p>Test</p></section></root>
run through xsl:mode on-no-match="shallow-copy" drops the attributes and
outputs
<root><section><p>Test</p></section></root>
