distro (SuSE 9.3) doesn't come with that file.
This RC script is for Fedora Core distribution, which documentations
mentions.
Other distributions need to customize the script for their setup (and most
of them do).

--disable-gsasl --enable-cyrus
It is mentioned in the {{{UPGRADE}}} file. Also, {{{./configure --help}}}
