No, not yet.
I intended to use Bibus in this case because it can also cooperate with 
MS Word/Openoffice for documents that are written in these kind of 
programs. Unfortunately, one cannot always use latex...

As I described, I had that problem on Windows opening a bibtex file 
exported from Bibus in UTF-8:

I actually created a bug report because Bubus couldn't export to other 
encodings like cp1252.


Note:
For earlier documents I successfully used the JabRef+Lyx combination on 
Linux and Windows in a crossplattform manner without any problems.

Maybe I find time to create a little example file in the next days.
