Hi,

I think, our doc is also GPLv3, isn't it?

A link is always OK, isn't it? :)

Cheers,

Oliver

Subject: [Jabref-users] asking for permission to link to your Journal
abbreviation list
To: jabref-us...@lists.sourceforge.net

Hi all,

You might know that a program named Referencer [1] exists, which aims
partly at the same goals as JabRef. I am currently developing a plugin
for this software which mimics a feature in JabRef, which I always
missed since I switched to use Referencer.

The plugin [2] should make it possible to shorten and expand the
Journal name from a database similar as it is done in JabRef. For this
reason I would like to include a link to the Resources page of the
JabRef webpage and in particular to the Journal name abbreviation file
[3] listed there for download.

Since there is nowhere written under which license this file is
distributed (or at least I could not find it) I would like to ask if
the JabRef developers are ok with my approach?

kind regards
Dominik
