Assuming that you use the citekey == filename, then on *NIX machines a 
';' should be filtered out of file names.  If it is used in a 
file/program name it will think that anything after the ';' is a program 
to be executed.  There are a few of those issues which should be 
addressed because they can be used to inject code.
