I tried the filter generator and it is very promising.
If I see correctly you wrote it. I would prefer if I could resize the program's 
window.

I have studied the output filter syntax in the mean time and I think I can do 
what I want.
I can even make superscript citations. Related to this I have question:

Is there any option or plugin which helps to insert the citation before or 
after a comma or dot according to whether citations are of superscript or 
inline types?
