and where did the namespace declaration go ?
we had this:
cnd ::= { ns_decl | node_type_def };
ns_decl ::= '<' prefix '=' uri '>';
node_type_def ::= ....see document....
for example:
<nt='http://www.jcp.org/jcr/nt/1.0'>
[nt:unstructured]

(extending nt:base was implizit for non-mixin types)
