AFAIK RAD 7.5.4 is based on a *very* old Eclipse version 3.4 or
something. EclEmma 2.x requires at least Eclipse 3.5 (already released
2009).
You might alternatively use EclEmma 1.x which required Eclipse 3.1, but
was based on EMMA and is not supported any more.
