Hi,
the URL http://update.eclemma.org/ is an Eclipse update site only and
cannot be opened with a browser.
To test the update site you can open the following URL:
http://update.eclemma.org/content.jar
Note that if you're in a corporate environment you might need specific
proxy settings for your Eclipse.
