Basically means that there is no single line of code any longer in this
file that was introduced by him, but he created the file.

Everything else moved over to hypervisor/include/jailhouse/uart.h. I
didn't transfer his authorship as the whole structure of uart_chip has
changed. Should I transfer authorship?
