Kernels with required patches can be found under

Reference configurations and integrations are available via
https://github.com/siemens/jailhouse-images. In particular, there is a
pre-enablement for Jailhouse inside QEMU/KVM on x86, including ivshmem
support between up to three inmates (root, linux, bare-metal). Using
that to derive your nuttx setup from can be helpful starting point.
