Aksi penolakan penghilangan paksa
 

Dalam kesempatan hari Internasinal kasus hilang, 30 agustus 2005, telah berkumpul anggota keluarga yang terkena kasus hilang dari a.l. negara Argentina, Chili, Indonesia, Aljazair, Marokko, India/Kashmir, Srilangka, Turki, Philiphina, White Rusland, dan Tsjetsjenia untuk melakukan “Publieksactie” di 'Het Plein' - Den Haag . “Publieksacties” tersebut merupakan dukungan dari anggota keluarga yang telah kehilangan Bapak, Ibu, anak dan anggota keluarga lainnya, dengan tujuan untuk menggerakan pemerintah Belanda guna meratifikasi  ‘the UN Treaty against forced disappearances’.

 

Pada acara publieksacties yang diadakan di lapangan depan Gedung Parlement Belanda – Den Haag itu, dihadiri oleh 50 anggota keluarga yang bermukim di Belanda karena kehilangan anggota keluarganya di negara masing-masing. Dan juga mereka mendapat kesempatan untuk menceritakan perihal kejadian kasus hilangnya anggota  keluarganya. Lalu dari masing-masing anggota keluarganya juga menulis nama, tempat dan tahun dari orang yang dipaksa hilang oleh rejim pemerintahannya di negaranya, diatas patung kertas yang sudah disediakan oleh para aktivis Humanistisch Overleg Mensenrechten (HOM). Acara aksi tersebut berlangsung dari pukul 12.00 – 14.00.

 

Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan melakukan serah terima "pernyataan campagne" dari wakil anggota keluarga korban yang bekerjasama dengan HOM / Linking Solidarity, IKV, Lawyers without Borders, SOLIDARIDAD,HIJOS kepada para politisi dari wakil partai Sosialis Demokrat, Partai Kriten Demokrat, Partai hijau kiri dan Partai Liberal.

 

Penyerahan "pernyataan Campagne", yang didukung oleh 37 organisasi bersama 120 Lembaga HAM itu,  di terima dan disambut baik. Bahkan salah satu dari partai Sosialis Demokrat (PvdA), Bert Koenders (Foreign policies) menyempatkan diri keluar dari gedung parlemen datang ke "het Plein" untuk berbincang dengan para anggota Keluarga Hilang.  Acara diakhiri oleh  persconference di dalam gedung parlemen -Perscentrum Nieuwspoort, Lange Poten 10 – Den Haag. 7 orang warga Indonesia yang bermukim di Belanda ikut serta dalam acara AXIE tersebut.

DEN HAAG - Ter gelegenheid van de internationale Dag tegen Verdwijningen kwamen gisteren familieleden van verdwenen personen uit heel de wereld naar het Plein voor een publieksactie.

Het ging om mensen uit onder meer Chili, Argentinië, Indonsië, Algerije, Marokko, India / Kashir, Sri Lanka, Turkije, de Filipijnen, Wit-Rusland en Tsjetjenië.
De familieleden wilden voorbijgangers en journalisten voorlichten over de stand van zaken met betrekking op een nieuw internationaal verdrag van de VN ter bescherming van alle personen tegen gedwongen verdwijning. To notification of a public action through family members of disappeared men the Dutch authorities to move the UN Treaty against forced disappearances to support.

To occasion of the International Day against Disappearances, family members of disappeared persons come from o. a. Argentina, Chili, Indonesia, Algeria, Morocco, India/Kashmir, Sri Lanka, Turkey, the Filippijnen, White-Russia and Tsjetsjenië for a public action together.  During the demonstration, a campaign letter at Dutch members of parliament will become handed over.  This public action becomes by a press conference followed, in which the family members of disappeared persons their personal stories can divide, and co-workers of the HOM journalists inform over the position of affairs with relation till a new international treaty of the UN to protection of all persons against forced disappearances. 
 
In it lately being over the whole world men through this crime disappeared.  There are yet many countries where even today yet men disappear.  The striving to truth and justice and in it in the life love be disappeared the memory its of large interest for family members of them that.  In their and political fight do not suffer can address these family members for help till the own authorities.  Better international protection is about that extremely important.  This protection to get, do the family members of over the whole world an occupation on the member countries of the United Nations the text of the treaty against forced disappearances in September 2005 in so strongly possible wordings good to test. 
 
Program:
12.00-14.00 Public action
As everywhere in the world true families try the memory at disappeared family members living to hold, will the family members self on The Square collect and images of disappeared persons let see.  Everybody that medeleven want to declare is invited with these families self by a circle course (the symbol of the protest of the Mothers of Plaza the Mayo) on to close. 
 
13.15 Campaign letter
A campaign letter that the Dutch authorities calls up a strong and effective treaty (with an independent organ that will supervision love on the observance of it) to support will be handed over at a representative the Second Chamber.  The letter has been signed through 37 organizations of family members of victims of disappearances from the whole world and more than 120 human rights organizations that them support. 
 
14.00-15.00 press Conference and meeting of participants.  The press conference in press center new track puts journalists in state knowledge to make with the personal stories of men whose family members be disappeared.  Members of parliament can that occasions use an explanation off to lay.  Representatives of different human rights organizations are to lift forced present the journalists in over the most recent developments with relation till the diplomatic negotiations over the new treaty against disappearances.
