Comment #1 by robhamerling: Some more details. The device files for the 18Fs contain pseudo variables for ports and pins to address LATx in stead of PORTx and pin_Xy for output. When the 'pragma inline' is specified in the 'put procedures a 'movlb 31' instruction is generated, without the 'pragma inline' a 'movlb 15' is generated. In the first case the led is not blinking, in the latter the led is blinking. Nevertheless in both cases the hex file contains overlapping addresses.
