If you mean we could release device files + blink samples only, my
opinion on this, is users will say: "ok great, but no existing libs is
available, I can only blink a LED, which is great [yes, it is], but I
cannot even setup a usart com.". IMHO we'd better release something
with common used libs. That's what we do. I think, on a "functional
point of view", we have an interesting package right now in the svn.
See:

 * lots (lots) of device files, standard
 * pwm, adc, serial, i2c, data eeprom peripheral libs
 * print and format jal extensions
 * lcd, keyboard, rtc, temperature, co2 sensors
 * for most of them, tests and/or samples
 * documentation

Sounds nice, right ? With this released, everyone could have fun ! As
I said, we still need to focus on validating process, test results,
and ease the way new contributors could join. Once done, once
released, I think we'll have a solid base so new users could adopt and/
or join jallib.
