Not nessesarly one script for everything, althoug maintaining
mutliple, simalar scripts is inefficient.
What is important is to keep the prerequisit for jallib small and simple.

I use windows and from my editor I call make for all my projects.
Even though I have cygwin installed, I could not get jallib running
with the unix command line on the wiki. So I reworte the include-path
generation in perl (my default scripting language). And in addition to
that, I have to call make via the cygwin shell. Maybe easy for some
experts, but it took me a few hours to get this running and expect
this wil be similar (at best) for an average jal user.

IMHO jal and a default python install (the jallib default scripting
language without any exotic libraries) should enable windows and linux
users to contribute to jallib.
