Hi guys,

I've applied the fix in PWM template, so we have the code for all pwm libs,
and shadow registers are initialized for all of them. I've regenerated them.
(see rev. 919)

Just FYI, it's generated like that:

cd tools
./pwm_generate_all.sh


it uses pwm_ccpx.tmpl as the "pristin sources" for PWM libs. A python script
glues the whole.
