Hi Seb,

We have discussed some of the below 'privately', but I think it is
better to continue the discussion in Jallib so that the other developers
are informed.

I rely on pinmap.py to get I/O-pin aliases in the device files.
I have written a little script to convert this file to a format more
useable for me. I'll publish the result in tools when I'm satisfied with
the results, probably together with a new set of device files.

With the conversion I remove the 'duplicates' (RA0 is not an alias of
RA0, etc) and modify some 'forbidden' characters, e.g.:
'+' becomes '_POS' and '-' becomes '_NEG' etc.
I think I'll also do some normalisation (later), e.g.:
    *_ANSELx will become *_ANSx

This seems to work quite nicely, but I encountered some (minor) issues:
- a couple of PICs have no pin aliases (e.d.16f5x). I didn't check all,
but it seems like the datasheets don't specify 'm.
- the 12HV609/615 have no aliases although the datasheet have 'm
(and the 12F609/615 using the same datasheet have 'm too)

So far....

Regards, Rob.
